World-Class Jacquard Weaving
Our jacquard weaving department is the heart of Fengyue Silk. Equipped with Italian ALFA rapier looms, we produce intricate multi-color woven patterns with exceptional precision and consistency. Each loom is individually calibrated for the specific yarn and pattern requirements of every project.
Technical Capabilities
Our looms support up to 8 weft colors per design, enabling rich, detailed patterns that simpler equipment cannot achieve. We handle a wide range of yarns including wool, cashmere, silk blends, acrylic, and core-spun varieties. Our CAD/CAM pattern programming system allows rapid prototyping and precise reproduction.
Production Scale
With dozens of professional looms running in our 5,000㎡ facility, we maintain an annual production capacity of 3.5 million scarves. This scale allows us to handle both small MOQ orders (from 100 pieces) and large bulk production runs efficiently.
