Our quality control system covers the entire production chain — from incoming yarn inspection through weaving, finishing, and final packaging. We follow AQL sampling standards and maintain detailed quality records for every production batch.
Testing & Standards
We conduct color fastness testing, dimensional accuracy checks, pattern alignment verification, and fabric weight measurement. For export orders, we can arrange third-party testing from SGS, Bureau Veritas, or other recognized laboratories upon request.
Quality is our top priority. Every piece goes through rigorous inspection before shipping.
